The breakfast was amazing, served in the restaurant. The room was well furnished and spotless, there were a minibar, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels.

Room sizes can be modest, so don't expect sprawling space to strut around. The breakfast, while decent, lacks a wider variety and can feel repetitive for longer stays. The coffee from the self-service machine is definitely below par. It's a letdown when a good brew is expected. Some guests have noted the balcony views can be obstructed or less excellent than they anticipated, which could be a disappointment for those banking on a grand scenic vista. And yeah, be careful crossing the busy road to access town. It's not the most relaxing venture especially if you've got a full day planned ahead.

Very nice location, just above the city of Omis and Cetina river, with beautiful view on the sea. The staff was very friendly and we felt really welcome. We will definitely come back again.
the water in jacuzzi could be warmer and cleaner.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel 2 days (it was our short romantic 2-day holiday, following our wedding). We chose this hotel because of the beautiful view on the river Cetina and the sea (in wich we enjoyed from the balcony in our room). Room was clean with all necessary accessories that you can expect from three stars hotel. We advise you not to miss jacuzzi at the roof.
Because of the 100 and sth stairs to the hotel, without elevator as a choice, hotel is not suitable for lazy people or those without condition.

A charming stay with fine views
Waking up to a good breakfast paired with amazing views of the mountains was a magical way to start each day.
While the room was cozy, I wished for better coffee access and additional charging points. It could be inconvenient at times, but the enchanting surroundings more than made up for it.

We loved our stay here! The views from our room overlooking the Cetina river were absolutely grand, and the staff were mighty helpful with dinner recommendations. The only downside was the breakfast could be a bit more varied. Still, we'll be back for sure!

the Hotel has no elevator, you need to walk up like a hundred stairs, which is, especially in hot weather conditions, very annoying. bringing up your suitcase is not recommended unless you are Hercules. Lots of Mosquitos in the room. The beer in the minibar was expired.

Villa Dvor is a family owned hotel situated with a magnificent view over the city Omis, the sea and the river Cetinje. Very friendly and helpful staff with a high level of service.
Many stairs up to the hotel from the street level - no elevator, but the staff was helpfull managing the luggage.

great access to charming town and fine coastal views
during my stay, I enjoyed a good breakfast while marveling at the beautiful views of the Omiška Dinara Mountains, and it was just a short 5-10 minute walk to the town where I explored lovely shops and vibrant cafes, making this hotel a perfect base for my weekend strolls.

exellent view of the sea and the canyon, but far and high from the sea, for those who like to walk
Towels are changed infrequently and do not give a new, when you ask. But I think that this is a local standartb for Croatia

We had a very nice stay at this great family run hotel. Everything was perfect during 2 days, appreciated its amazing and stunning location just next door to the river with the spectacular mountains and fort Mirabella as a background, and a hill above Omis, justwhere the Cetina river canyon begins.
